its partner countries, the KSP creates and diffuses new knowledge
contributing to overcoming development constraints and
promotion of economic cooperation.

However, the level of their added value relatively lower compared to other EU members. In addition, labor productivity remains substantially lower than other EU states. (subtitles) KSP Policy Consultation (voice,subtitles) In order to support Romania's drive to overcome these chanllenges, KSP and the Romanian government have joined hands to design productivity-enhancing policies since 2015. In the following year, KSP policy recommendation proposed establishment the Romanian Productivity Center, capitalizaing on Korea's successful experience of the Korea Productivity Center(KPC). In 2018, KSP engaged with the Korea Productivity Center(KPC) to involve the center directly in the project, aiming to transfer its operational know-how into practical policy solutions. (subtitles) Achievement (subtitles) Romania plans National Productivity Center, based on Korean model (voice,subtitles) The Romanian government was ver keen to benchmark Korea's productivity enhancement policies, and put great trust in emulating key lessons through KSP. (voice,subtitles) In order to go further from policy recommendations, KSP acted as a bridge between Korea and Romania. culminating in an MOU signed between Korea Productivity Center and the Romanian government. KSP ahs enabled the two countrieds to build stronger partnerships that led to derivative projects including conduct joint research and various policy programs for enhancing productivity. The Navoi Free Industrial Economic Zone(FIEZ) project began to materialize in December, 2008. (subtitles) KSP Policy Consultation (subtitles) NAVOI, SMARKAND, SERGELI, CHIRCHIQ, KOGAND, MARGILAN NAVOI : Establishment of Naoi FIEZ (voice,subtitles) Before establishing the first free industrial economic zone in Uzbekistan, KSP conducted the feasibility study of the FIEZ. After the establishment of Navoi FIEZ, KSP proposed priority sectors with growth potential, including electronix device and transport equipments, and then suggested operational plan for the success of Navoi FIEZ.
